E-Bay doesn't let me create listings from Italy to Italy

Hello, does anyone know why, despite having updated my details for my current residence in Italy (I had made the registration when I was living in Denmark), it does not allow me to place listings in my country with the following message:  It appears you're listing a forward-deployed item in a country different from your registered address. These items can't be listed according to ourOverseas Warehouse Block Policy. To ship from overseas warehouses, apply atwhappeals@ebay.com.(e291151-127664...

Hello,your account is registered in Denmark, and it cannot be updated! Close it and open a new one in Italy. Kind regards.
