eBay doesn't publish negative feedback
Hello everyone, I bought an item as an original replacement, but when it arrived it didn’t have anything original about it and it didn’t work. Given that the amount was less than the return shipping costs, I decided to keep it, but when I entered the negative feedback, e-bay shows me the message " feedback cannot be published - an error occurred". What’s the point of this e-bay ? Only accepting positive feedback ?
Has this happened to anyone ?

Mentore3 years agoEbay always accepts feedback, which can at most be removed later (at the seller's request) if it is unlawful or does not comply with eBay's rules.
Had more than 60 days already passed since the purchase?
