Is it possible to have placed an order just by making an offer for an item???
I didn't place an order, I just made an offer to the seller that he accepted. In the meantime I found one at a better price (almost half) and I can't cancel it because it seems the seller has already marked it as sold, but I haven't accepted it or sent the payment.... I don't understand if it's normal that I can't cancel it and the seller doesn't reply to me, is there a time limit? can someone explain it to me I hope I was clear😅...
Thanks

Mentore3 years agoThe offer you made was binding for you. With the seller’s acceptance, it became an order.
On eBay buyers cannot cancel orders; they can only ask sellers to do so, but there’s no obligation for them to agree.
If you don’t pay, you will be warned. The first warning has no effect; with subsequent warnings you will face increasing restrictions on operating on eBay.
