Hello, I bought an item listed for sale in the United States. After selecting the payment method, there was the option to pay additional costs (unfortunately I don't remember exactly what it said) either right away or at the time of delivery. I chose, at least I think, to do it right away, and in the payment summary, below the shipping costs and VAT, the item "Duties" has an amount of zero. Are these customs duties? Being able to pay them in advance would allow me, in the future, to have packages delivered to a pickup point (Fermopoint) that only accepts shipments with no additional charges on delivery
