Is it safe to link your bank account to eBay?
Good morning Community,
I apologize in advance if the question may seem trivial, but since I decided to switch from a standard account to a professional account, a doubt has come to mind.
Since I will link my business bank account for tax convenience, I wonder whether this operation can involve risks, for example if one day it should happen that some malicious person steals my account, can they remove my credit from there? Maybe by buying something directly from my account or any other type of operation? Or am I completely safe and protected?

it is forbidden to include any external link in the eBay description and it is also forbidden to be paid by bank transfer, so I don't see why you should include your IBAN in the listing and I don't understand what the tax convenience is, given that eBay is the one interested in the IBAN, it is the one that will pay you, not each individual buyer!
Basically, as you have always done up to now, the thing that will change is that you need to highlight your VAT number... not your IBAN!
