EBAY scandalous customer service
So hello, I sold an item and I made the label directly through the eBay website and paid with the available funds. Now it turns out that the package has been lost and I don't know who to contact since the sender of the shipment is listed as eBay because I made the label on their website, and when I contact eBay support they tell me that I have to deal with the courier, but I can't because the sender is listed as eBay and so to file a claim the courier says that I have to open the claim through the site where I bought the label. Now I don't know what to do, it seems like a huge scam by eBay with these labels that are made on their website
I advise you not to make labels from the eBay website because there is zero support
