Good evening, I’m speaking as a buyer but I’m also a seller.I received an item that was different from the description and the photos: the seller not only left out the fact that the doll was dark-skinned, but also lightened the photos. Also, as soon as I picked up the doll, it broke; vinyl breaks if it’s in bad condition, so the listing and photos were misleading. I tried to find a friendly solution, but the seller brushed me off with a simple sorry, I don’t accept returns. Obviously I left my negative feedback with photos of the dark and broken doll BUT EBAY REMOVED IT, INSTEAD LEAVING THE SELLER’S FEEDBACK TO ME, ACCUSING ME OF POSTING FAKE PHOTOS!!!But doesn’t eBay check before taking action? Could I ever have painted the doll’s skin?!? And then why would I have broken it?? I’m a collector, I’ve bought many, and I’ve given and received all positive feedback.It really seems like eBay is biased; in fact, it protects “professional” sellers, who, let’s remember, become such based on THE NUMBER OF SALES, NOT QUALITY! Meanwhile this seller sells junk with misleading photos, and probably in the past his negative feedback has been deleted, so he just keeps going because he knows eBay will delete them for him. DOES THAT SEEM HONEST TO YOU?DO YOU THINK IT’S RIGHT THAT MY BUYERS SHOULD READ THE LIES OF THIS DISHONEST SELLER BUT NOT SEE THE PHOTOS THAT PROVE HIS DISHONESTY?
