ebay extra
good morning I purchased an item and paid using a discount with eBay Extra points.
the seller cancelled the sale and I received a refund of what I paid.
the points used show as "redeemed points refunded" but they are not usable.
why is that? did I lose the discount?

the refund was processed by PayPal on May 8th and yesterday I received the credit in my checking account.
I’ll wait another day or two, then I’ll contact eBay support

because you have to wait at least 24 hours after the refund before you can use them again:
