eBay pretends not to recognize the bank account

Hello,
I have a problem with eBay: while I was only a buyer, everything went smoothly; as soon as I sold an item, the ordeal began: they pretend that my bank account doesn’t exist even though I sent them a bank statement with clear evidence of their micro credit of 0.01 euro and the subsequent recovery of that same amount. In fact, eBay arbitrarily associates a bank different from the actual one with my account’s IBAN code, and with this fraudulent scheme they do not credit me what I am owed. At this point, all I can do is report them to the police.

Almost impossible to choose the wrong bank with an IBAN!
