Ebay has blocked a payment in my favor pending account verification, and I can’t ship because the ship now procedure won’t start. The buyer didn’t give me a phone number, and the courier is asking me for it in order to ship. I’ve never shipped on ebay, but I’m asking whether a shipping label to print appears, like on other sites, or if I need to get the details from the buyer?

The procedure for sending the buyer's details is automatic: when you have sold the item, you receive an email from eBay, which however warns you not to ship until you have received payment; when you have actually received it, you receive a second confirmation email with the buyer's address. You can print the label or not, you can ship with whoever you prefer, but not without eBay's confirmation with the address; in any case, the buyer cannot cancel any purchase on their own.
