eBay has reversed the status of two orders
good morning, I need help. I placed two orders on the same date, from different sellers, both with fermopoint shipping.
Order " A " shows as "delivered" and the pickup code is shown inside the order page.
In reality, order " A " is still on its way and the pickup code shown on the page for order "A" actually belongs to order " B " which was properly delivered and is already in my possession!! This last one on eBay instead shows as NOT yet delivered!
eBay (or fermopoint, I don't know) has swapped the status of the two orders: the one that shows as delivered is actually still in transit, and the one that shows as still in transit has actually been delivered! the problem is that the order not yet delivered has no trackable shipping and if I were not to receive it, I wouldn't even be able to file a claim because on eBay it shows as delivered!!

OP3 years agoI tried via WhatsApp!! They tell me to contact Fermopoint... but what does Fermopoint have to do with it? It's eBay that needs to reverse the status of the two orders!
