Ebay refused the refund for non-receipt of 50% of the goods

The seller sent only 50% of the goods.
I filed more than one complaint with Ebay.
Among the various responses, one said that it was necessary to send the report filed with the police.
Obviously I sent the report via Ebay but in the correspondence I can only see Ebay's messages and not the PDF relating to the report.
I sent that document on the last day before the time I was given to document the complaint would have expired.
The next day I received the notification that the complaint had been rejected.
I sent the copy of the report on February 10.
The lawyers I consulted tell me that I am completely right and that if I present the documentation to a judge I can certainly obtain a favorable ruling.
But there is no trace of the Ebay message asking me for the documentation and giving me 10 days to submit it, nor of the copy of my message.
What should I do?

Mentore1 year agoAnyway, from February it's too late to try to do something on eBay.
Only if you paid with a credit card can you think about a chargeback.
