Ebay informed me that payment has been received for an item I sold
On January 31, eBay told me that payment had been made for an item I sold. On February 1, I shipped it, and in the evening, since I hadn’t received any information about the available funds, etc. etc., I checked and no payment appears. So now who pays me for the item? The buyer is an idiot with 7 feedback from furious sellers because he buys and doesn’t pay, wins auctions and doesn’t pay. Tomorrow morning I’ll call support and ask for some answers. With this system where they keep the money and send it directly to your account, you have to trust their emails, but for now they’ve screwed me

Mentore3 years agoOn the same page that Sika posted, you'll find a link where you can check the payment status and the date of any suspension end.

Mentore3 years agoIt’s been a while since you sold anything, so you’ve entered the category of New or infrequent Sellers and as such your funds are blocked for at least 15 days... all you had to do was read the various help pages that eBay makes available to everyone!
