eBay removed an item that wasn't authentic

Basically they removed my listing for a Pokémon Fire Red game, calling it fake even though I made a request etc. and included photos confirming the product's authenticity. Do you happen to know how I can fix the problem? I also called and then they replied with an email that seems automated.

You can't fix it... avoid relisting it for sale... you risk suspensions or being banned for life on ebay.

Kind regards.
