eBay is scamming me
I sold an item for 1500 euros, I shipped it with trackable and insured shipping, the buyer with feedback 0 opens a dispute for item not received, I promptly provide all the documentation documentation proving the delivery of the package, but customer service issues a refund to the buyer and I end up without the item and without the money, help

Dispute on eBay or on the payment method?
Did you meet all the deadlines in question?

OP2 years agoThe situation is paradoxical, I sold and shipped a Sony a7 camera kit zoom 24-70 and shipped it to Spain with BRT courier, delivered on time with the recipient's signature, and this scammer opens a dispute for item not received, customer service contacts me asking me to provide the shipping tracking which I promptly provide, so the dispute is closed in my favor, after 2 days I receive a message from eBay telling me that I have to refund the buyer because he made an appeal and won the dispute , I ask customer service to review their decision by opening an appeal through customer service and I provide the signed POD from the buyer, after a few hours I am contacted by eBay who informs me that they cannot accept my POD because by then they had already made the decision . 751 feedback 100/100, provided tracking , POD and they sided with someone with feedback 0
