EBAY HAS BEEN HOLDING MY MONEY FOR MONTHS ... THEY WON'T GIVE ME THE " ARN " CODE
Never again on Ebay !! They have been holding my money for months.. I've been asking for the ARN code for months and they won't send it to me ,,,,,,and meanwhile they keep holding my money......................You are scammers !!!!!

Mentore2 months agoIf eBay is withholding your funds because you committed and repeated a serious violation, there is no ARN code at all. So it makes no sense to ask for it.
That code should only be requested if eBay says it has sent the bank transfer and you haven't received it.
