eBay is not aware of its own services

I’ve bought the label generated directly by eBay rather than Packlink several times over the last few weeks. The cost, if you choose Inpost, is lower than Poste Italiane. So far so good, until a buyer opened a claim because the parcel is delayed (it goes out for delivery, then gets sent back, out for delivery again and so on in a 4-day loop.)
I contact eBay to understand how to file a claim and they’re completely clueless. They’re convinced this shipping method doesn’t exist, they keep insisting I look for the Packlink reference, but this isn’t a shipment bought with Packlink, in fact the shipping costs for this new method are deducted directly from the order, there’s no label purchase made via PayPal or card. Another operator even denies that this label-generation method exists.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem of eBay’s “ignorance” regarding its own shipping services?

Anyway, ebay doesn't provide any service of this kind, so it could be sold on ebay by Paklink or directly by Inpost.
