I made a purchase of an item, and a completely different item arrived. I immediately sent proof to the seller, who confirmed that the item was indeed different, but he bought time by saying to try using it and that it might be compatible, also asking me to contact him by email and not open any official case in the event of a refund. After several attempts, the item obviously turns out to be incompatible.I ask for the return and the seller closes the procedure; he only wanted to buy time to stretch out the return period and not accept it. In all this, eBay wastes time opening the dispute despite the fact that I provided the evidence and despite having removed the listing from the seller for non-compliant sale, a contradiction.
