Does eBay not publish negative feedback?
My wife bought an item from the used-book seller Tempo che fu- Enna that she thought was historical. She discovered that it was a clipping from recent schoolbooks and left negative feedback. She was also insulted by the seller with foul language. Everything was removed from Ebay. Asked for explanations on Facebook. I’m attaching the astonishing reply. What kind of platform is this?

Mentore1 year agoYour wife has already been answered in a previous post, but either she didn't read it or she didn't understand:
If an item is not as described, you open a dispute through eBay, return it at the seller's expense, and get a full refund.
Only afterward is it possible to leave negative feedback, but only if something in the dispute + return process went wrong; otherwise no, because from the buyer's point of view the issue has been resolved.
This isn't about understanding what kind of platform this is, it's about reading and understanding the platform's rules, which are completely and totally biased in favor of the buyer, but - incredibly - no one does.
