EBay isn't responding about a refund and I don't know how to contact them because on the page of the
I'm trying to contact eBay about a refund, but they won't get back to me. I think they do it on purpose and anyway, in any case, on the contact page there's no way to contact eBay itself. How can I do it and tell me if this has happened to any of you too, that is, eBay first promises to look into the case and then never gets back to you again. It's useless to say that on eBay I won't buy anything anymore

Mentore3 years agoThe refund procedures are extremely simple.
If opened correctly and handled correctly, they do not require any intervention from eBay.
Contacting eBay is also very easy, you just need to read how to do it:

Needless to say, if you don’t contact them... eBay can’t contact you!
