Ebay refuses a refund
I am not satisfied with an item and I agreed with the seller to return it, I use Ebay's shipping program by buying a label that I receive in PDF, already filled in with the recipient's and sender's address, I prepare the package and ship it, the package gets stuck and does not move on to reach the recipient, I ask Poste for info and they tell me that since it is a contract with Ebay, for information I have to ask Ebay, Ebay tells me the opposite but tells me that the recipient's address written on the label is wrong, it is a paradoxical situation because the label is not filled in by me but by Ebay, it was Ebay that wrote a wrong address and I should have corrected it because I am told that the recipient sent me the address in a message and the absurd thing is that having contacted the recipient to ask if they had changed address, they tell me that the address registered on Ebay has always been the one that does not match the one shown on the label, I ask everyone a question, was it my mistake, or was it Ebay's mistake that for this reason is not refunding me?

Mentore2 years agoYou were the one who made the mistake... you should have made sure the return address was correct, with the seller's help, especially since eBay communicated to you what the seller had provided; if it's wrong, it's the seller's fault, not eBay's.
