EBay - buyer refund
Hello everyone,
I’m asking for help about something that happened that I find absurd, but I imagine some of you may have experienced it. I sold an item that apparently never arrived to the buyer, while I have the courier confirming delivery at first, but then saying that, due to the buyer’s responsibility, they had to leave the package at a pickup point. Long story short, EBay tried to take the money from my account to refund the buyer, without me obviously being able to explain what happened and show the emails with the courier. Basically I lose both money and the item. Is it possible that there’s no way at all to clarify things with EBay? Do I have to take the hit with no way out?

Mentore2 years agoTo attach additional documentation, you can appeal eBay's decision.
You would need the POD (proof of delivery) that the carrier could provide you.
