Good morning,I am a professional seller.Some time ago I received the notice about the application of the €10,000 threshold for EU cross-border sales, with the related limitations because I am not enrolled in OSS (it is impossible to do so with a VAT number under the flat-rate scheme).I checked through a report downloaded from the site, and EU sales (excluding Italy) come to around €9,000, calculated by including the full gross amount (fees, shipping, etc.). So the threshold is not exceeded, unless you also include sales in Italy, but the regulation is clear: “Domestic B2C sales are not included in OSS”.So: either eBay is making a mistake in the calculation, or it is interpreting the regulation incorrectly.Unfortunately, customer support, whose level seems to me to have become embarrassing compared with last year, is unable to provide a concrete answer and just sends me back to my accountant, who, by the way, confirms my interpretation.It seems that no one, whether by email or by phone, is even able to understand what is, for me, a huge limitation.I am leaving this message in case someone could provide any kind of support.Thank you!
