eBay says the package was delivered via Poste Italiane, but there was nothing in the mailbox!!!

is it possible to interact with a human on ebay???

Ebay shows delivery because the seller gave them a valid tracking number... so if you want to verify that the shipment is correct, you need to ask the seller for a copy of the waybill.

Ebay didn’t send you anything, so if it shows as delivered, they can’t help you.
