Ebay relies on Parcel2go for returns
Good morning everyone,
in the context of a return request from a buyer, I realized that eBay support staff are not adequately trained.
In particular, during the return process, shipping is purchased from parcel2go.com and not from packlink.
So, if you ever need to request a refund for shipping for various reasons (in my case the buyer did not ship the item within the expected time), you need to go to the resi.ebay.it site and start a chat conversation with the agent.
Unfortunately, if you call, chat, or check the forum, you will be advised to consult packlink, but that is not correct information.

Mentore3 years agoIndeed, going to the returns page there is no information about the broker and the couriers used, but the logos of Poste Italiane and Parcel2go appear at the bottom of the page.
So I assume that eBay has agreements with two different providers for shipping (Packlink) and for returns (Parcel2go). Strange that customer support doesn't know that.

Three operators, 1 made the report, 2 apologized and bounced me over to the packlink site, trying to get me to enter the data in the form.
