eBay is getting worse and doesn’t even realize it

Guys, I don’t understand a damn thing. And yet I think I have above-average intelligence.
How come I can’t find my buyer’s address anymore? How do you get into eBay private messages? Why can’t you communicate with the buyer? Are you kidding me????? Is it really possible that for every tiny issue you have to resort to help?!
I get the impression that it’s eBay that needs help.
The little marketplace has gotten way worse. It wants to keep the money, and fair enough, but it won’t let you enter the details even if you cry in Chinese. It’s irredeemable crap.
I’m trying to send the damn little magazine to the person, and if I can’t, I can’t even make it right and apologize.
Anyway, as soon as I’m done with the transaction I’m closing all the listings. I certainly don’t want to make eBay rich with my few little things.
