I made a return and refund request after the seller accepted the return. Too bad that eBay closed it and did not accept the return request even though the item is nonconforming!!!!! And it won't let me appeal, great job, nice service from xxxxx eBay
As already answered in the other identical conversation you opened, if eBay ruled against you it's because you didn't return the item and the request was closed due to inactivity.
If you want a refund, you have to return the item... if the item was not as described, the return was at the seller's expense... if the seller did nothing, you had to ask eBay to step in...
