The item I bought does not work, but it is unacceptable that there is no way to send the seller the video proving the issue.
There should be the possibility to upload a demo video, since it is not always possible to prove an issue with photos.

You don’t even need a photo proving anything. Your statement that the item doesn’t work is enough.

Open the eBay return process and select defective or not working item. In these cases of non-compliance, return shipping costs are the seller’s responsibility (they have to send you a prepaid label).
