Refurbished appliance Without invoice
Hello, I bought a refurbished iron a couple of weeks ago. It arrived without a receipt or invoice. When I asked for it, the seller replied that it must have been sent to me by email. I said no and requested it again twice, leaving my email, and so far nothing... I ask eBay for assistance.. totally absent. What should I do?
