I received an email from the address in question, saying that an item I put up for sale quite some time ago has been sold and paid for, but in my eBay account I can't find any trace of either the listing or the transaction. I am being asked to ship the item to the buyer within 2 days, and I am told that I will receive payment in 14 days. I find it strange that there is no trace of it in my eBay. Since I have no experience with sales, I am asking for advice ....

with this account you haven't sold anything... anyway, I confirm that the sales notification emails come from that email address.
