Email in another language
Good morning. I have had a problem for many years. Before, I lived in Mexico for work and I received emails in Spanish. Now I’ve been back in Italy for 8 years and I keep receiving emails in Spanish. Even calling customer support, nothing has changed. For example, when I buy something, just to make myself clear. My eBay is obviously all in Italian. How do I get them in Italian??

Mentore1 year agoWith notifications, there’s no option to choose the language in which you receive communications.
Try having eBay customer support call you, using the link you’ll find at the bottom of this page ... https://www.ebay.it/help/account/changing-account-settings/notifications?id=4203
