Refund issued but after more than 15 days I still haven't received the money
The seller issued me a partial refund via Apple Pay but as of today, after 15 days, I still haven’t received the money in my account and I can’t open or make a report to EBay, I’m disappointed 😞

Mentore1 year agoA refund, if issued properly, can take up to 30 days... depending, of course, on the payment method used.
I’d say you just need a little patience...

Mentore1 year agoDid you request this refund through eBay or was it a private agreement between you and the seller?
If it’s the first case, did you receive the refund confirmation email?
