Yet another unwarranted refund
I SAID THEY ARE NOT FAIR For the umpteenth time you refunded the buyer for item not received and, as per the buyer’s own message, they don’t know whether they received the item because they are currently still on vacation. Well done eBay, how much you like to play games and make money with sellers’ money.

Mentore11 months agoEbay refunds the buyer only if these two conditions occur at the same time:
1. The buyer opens a case for item not received.
2. You are unable to prove otherwise (through the tracking code).

OP11 months agoHi Mario, the buyer on eBay wrote that he doesn’t know whether he received the item because he’s on vacation. Already 2 other times with delivery tracking eBay has refunded the buyers, luckily 1 of the 2 was honest and sent the item back to me. The other one, bye bye, got the refund, kept the item, and eBay, even after verifying that the item had been delivered, replied that I had to ask the user for the money and that they had made the decision and that it was not really their problem if the package was delivered after the case was closed. This isn’t normal. We all know there can be delivery delays, especially during holiday and vacation periods. Anyway, thanks for the reply.
