Return label
Good evening, it's the first time I've bought on eBay and I don't know how to go about it. I bought an item that I need to return because it doesn't match the request I made during the purchase. The seller accepted the return with a refund after receiving the item, but I don't know what to do with the return label; he didn't provide me with one and I only have his address. What should I do? I mean, if I go to the post office, will they make me pay for the shipping? On other sites they would have given me a label to print and that's it; how does it work here? Thanks

Mentore1 year agoIt works the same way, according to what the distance selling regulations establish.
You need to open a return request and select the reason for the return.

If the item does not match what is stated in the description or in the photos, the return is the seller's responsibility and they will have to provide you with the label.
