Incorrect address
The courier contacted me because they can't deliver an international package to me in Cernusco sul Naviglio. The address is wrong because, as per the shipment shown on the eBay order, the package should have been delivered to Milan. They say they will return it to the sender (in the USA). How can I intervene to prevent the package from being sent back, given that the mistake is certainly not the buyer's?

Mentore8 months agoUsually sellers use the address that eBay gives them. That’s the one you registered as the delivery address on your account.
Check that it’s correct and ask the seller for a copy of his shipping receipt (to see what he wrote).
The seller is the only one who might be able to change the delivery address while the shipment is in progress.
