return reason error
Hi, I received a damaged item but I mistakenly clicked on "item not eligible" so the shipping costs are on me. I hadn't read that anywhere so now I find myself having to pay and risk that they won't reimburse me because it was broken.

Mentore1 week agoThe choice of return reason is important. There is a dropdown menu where both item not as described and item received damaged appear.
If you indicated an incorrect reason, that is your responsibility.
