Image upload error on new listing - Failed to upload images. Please try again
Good morning,
I’ve already read that at least one other person has the same problem as me.
Today, Sunday, August 9, when creating a new listing or using a template prepared earlier, when I try to upload an image this error appears: "Error
Failed to upload images. Please try again."
I also tried the link method, so without uploading the image, but even in this case it gives the error.
Other tests I’ve done: changing the image resolution (even though I tried it with an image that had uploaded for me in the past few days), changing extensions jpg, png etc., tests with two different browsers, tests with and without Vpn, tests in incognito mode, I cleared the cache, etc etc etc.
In short, I’ve done all the necessary tests and it seems increasingly clear that the problem is eBay’s, but to make things even more complicated today the call centers aren’t active, eBay chat isn’t working, and the only thing I managed to do was send an email, which, they say, they’ll reply to within 24/48 hours.
What can I say, there’s really no way to solve problems on Sundays... This kind of issue, moreover, has always been there with eBay.
If you have a similar problem, write in this space so they can maybe check the anomaly.
