Error in the recipient's address, the package is returned to the sender
Good afternoon, I sold an item and used the shipping service provided by Ebay for tracking. On the shipping label, the recipient's address was entered partially, and since it was a pickup point, the courier did not deliver it and the package came back to me (the sender). I received the payment and would like to resend the package to the new address provided by the customer. Is the payment for the second shipment their responsibility?
Is it possible to resend through ebay or do I have to do it as a private individual?

Mentore2 years agoIf you made the mistake because you didn't carefully check that the address was fully included on the label, it's at your expense.
You can ship it however you prefer.
