Error in the Messages function

Good evening, I can no longer send messages from the eBay site, neither on desktop nor mobile. The message that appears is the one attached. I followed the procedure indicated, both by phone and by SMS, but without success, the account is no longer able to send messages because this error keeps appearing. What can I do? Thanks
