Personal error.
Good morning. Yesterday I made the mistake of asking through eBay chat for a transaction outside that platform, and only later realized that eBay’s rules do not allow it. So far I have made many purchases without ever running into any problems. How can I now apologize to eBay, as well as to the seller, and ask not to be excluded from future eBay transactions?
