Return procedure error
I purchased a return label on the postedelivery website and took the package to be sent back to the seller to the post office. Unfortunately, not having any experience, I had already entered the shipping code in the postedelivery website field, and when I brought the package to be sent with the printed label I had just purchased, and the postal operator entered the code into the terminal, it was not accepted because I had already entered it a little earlier on the website. So the package was not accepted for shipping and I find myself having paid for a shipment I cannot send. And I do not want to pay for another one. Who should I ask for the issuance of a new code? Thanks

Mentore3 years agoThat’s not possible, you simply entered it on eBay’s website, you didn’t “physically” ship it!
Most likely the shipping service you bought can’t be handled at a post office but must be handled at an SDA branch... have you tried going to the branch closest to you?
Even though they’re both part of Poste Italiane, they’re not the same thing!
Kind regards.

Mentore3 years agoIf you made the purchase on the post office website, contact them.
If you made the purchase on eBay, you should ….. https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/posting-items/labels-packaging-tips/buying-printing-postage-labels?id=4157 ….. at the point: how to cancel a return label.
