Display exclusion
Hello, besides refusing shipment of an item to a country, is it possible to exclude the display of your items in specific countries? If so, how do you do it? Looking forward to your reply, thank you very much.

Mentore1 year agoThe system already works that way; if shipping is excluded, the listing is excluded too.
Anyway, the algorithm is easy to fool: just change the country where you say you want to receive the item (by selecting it under shipping to: which you can find right below the search button).
Try changing the country and you'll see the search results change.

OP1 year agoHi Mario, but I sometimes come across listings where it says the seller doesn't ship to your country, but I can still see their items. As a seller, though, I'd like to exclude certain countries both from shipping and from seeing the listings. Is that possible?

Mentore1 year agoIf you want to completely remove the display of your products in countries where you don't want to ship, you need to explicitly exclude them in the Sales Rules.
Just go here:

and by opening your shipping rules, at the bottom, in the last item "Excluded Destinations" you need to make your choices.

Mentore1 year agoMaybe you need to be a little clearer... uh... are you talking about SELLING or SEEING??
Because it’s not clear.
If you’re talking about SELLING, if you’re Italian you can’t exclude Italy... if you want to exclude it, you have to register in another country with that country’s address...
