Exercising the warranty rights provided by law
How can I enforce my warranty rights for an item purchased in May 2025 and NOT working? I already wrote to the seller in November, but they didn’t even bother to reply. Today I sent them another message, which I think will meet the same fate as the first. What can I do? Is there anyone who can give me advice or help me in some way? At this point, I’d like to ask EBAY to have this "seller" removed from its listings
