Is there a legal warranty on the products sold?
Good morning, in August 2024 I bought this item: Ceiling Fan With Light Retractable Blades 36W Pendant Light 07200 ,EUR 74.59 each, well, for the past few days the light has been doing strobe effects and then it turns off, not turning back on until after several minutes, and the same problem. I wrote to the seller, but as of today no response.........what should I do about the warranty that should be 2 years? Thanks to all of you......

OP1 year agoGood morning, done.....but it doesn't reply to my requests.....Thanks for the kind response....I contacted E-Bay....I'm still waiting.....Absurd.......

the legal guarantee can only be offered by the professional EU seller.
So, if that is the case, keep asking him.
