Good morning, I am a new user on this e-commerce platform, which is why I am not familiar with using it and I was hoping someone could help me with this little issue. About 10 months ago I bought a product from a reseller, specifically a Raspberry Pi 4. Unfortunately this product that I bought new broke a couple of days ago and, although I tried to contact the reseller, I am not able to speak with them for some reason unknown to me. In cases like these, is there a warranty to appeal to, or can nothing be done about it?Thank you all in advance for your time and for the help.
