Hello everyone,I want to share my experience to warn other sellers who use cheap shipping methods like Piego di Libri Ordinario or other untrackable methods. I shipped a book on July 7, making it clear to the buyer that this type of shipping did not include tracking or insurance and that delivery times could take up to 30 days. The buyer accepted these conditions, but: he opened a dispute before the estimated delivery time had expired, he ignored all my messages and never proposed any solution, after getting the refund, he also insulted me via messages. I provided eBay with: the postal receipt proving the shipment, the photo of the parcel before shipping, the entire conversation history showing the buyer's total lack of cooperation. Despite this, eBay closed the case in the buyer's favor based solely on the absence of a tracking number, completely ignoring the buyer's improper behavior and all the evidence provided. I am sharing this experience because I think it is unfair that an honest seller can lose both the item and the money even though they acted correctly.Has anyone else had similar experiences? How did you protect yourself in these cases? Thanks to anyone who shares their opinion.
