Hello everyone!
Recently, I had an unpleasant experience buying a data SIM advertised as unlimited, but it turned out to be limited to 350 GB. I paid €32.95, but the actual product was only worth about €19. Now, I'm trying to get a refund.
I'd like to know if you've ever had similar experiences with online purchases. Do you have any advice on how to deal with situations like this? How do you manage to protect yourself from similar scams?
