Being slandered for years
I have a negative feedback that was left for me for a transaction that never took place because there was no payment. Even though the user didn’t pay, they were given the chance to slap a negative feedback on me. Because of this feedback I can’t sell anything, they’ve ruined me. Even though it’s obvious to everyone that I didn’t deserve this feedback, eBay can’t remove it because too many days have passed. So I’ll be slandered forever on eBay. If there are other victims of this rule, please speak up

OP2 years agoYou may not want to, but it’s not up to you to decide, the community is public, and your reply to marioelegio is downright rude
In fact, I didn’t shut him up.
Unfortunately you went off topic; I didn’t ask for legal support or what you or others think. I asked whether there is anyone in my situation, period. I’m not looking for arguments or opinions. Of course everyone can chime in, but if their comment has nothing to do with it or is misleading for those reading, I have the right to point that out. If for someone my problem is stupid and makes them laugh, they can write it, but that doesn’t help anyone.

OP2 years agoI described my problem and asked if anyone had a similar problem. I did not ask anyone for legal advice. I simply asked whether there is anyone with the same problem as mine. Everyone can take part in my request, but I would not want participants to hijack my question toward aspects of their pure imagination that I honestly am not interested in. Does my problem make you laugh? Laugh as much as you want. But honestly I don't see how it is relevant to my question. Maybe your only purpose is chaos.

You may not want it, but you can't decide that yourself, the community is public, and your response to marioelegio is pure rudeness.

Mentore2 years agoIn the event of non-payment, the transaction must be cancelled within 30 days. If you don't do that, according to ebay, the transaction is considered concluded and the selling fees will be applied to you and any feedback will not be removed.
Anyway, I think that feedback is not even legally contestable. In my opinion, the content does not violate the provisions of the criminal code on the offense of defamation, and it cannot even be considered slander.

OP2 years agoNo one asked what you think. Your opinion is completely insignificant. I asked if there is anyone in my same situation.

Mentore2 years agoYou don't have any negative feedback... so what are you talking about?
What answer are you expecting to get??

OP2 years agoIf you look at the negative feedback, there is one.

Mentore2 years agoBut did you release it for a purchase of 100x lithium batteries...
You wrote: "I have a negative feedback that was left for me"... but no one left it for you... you left it yourself!!!

Mentore2 years agoHello sika700, he does have one negative as a seller, but it dates back more than a year ago, and the percentage has gone back to 100%.

Mentore2 years agoAnd he worries about that... now? 😂😂

Mentore2 years agoWhy would you think of stepping into a public community and expecting to choose who has to reply to you and what about?
Wait (and hope) that someone in your same situation replies to you ....
