Hello, sorry for my inexperience, it's the first time I've sold and for shipping I used the paid service offered by eBay with the postal service, but I wasn't able to print the label to attach to the package. How can I proceed with reprinting it? Also because, having also paid, the item is marked as shipped. Thank you in advance

you can request a copy of the waybill from Packlink support:
Packlink ebay
Remember that only the tracking has been entered, but you need to confirm that the shipment has been sent.
