It became impossible for me to get the label from the link provided by Ebay in the email (get a shipping label), but I managed to get it from the site: "https://spedizioni.ebay.it/private/shipments/draft" after paying, but in a more convoluted way. In the first case, after entering weight and dimensions, I kept getting over and over, hopelessly: "oops something went wrong, try again". Since for a year this has always happened to me and with no luck, I would like to know if I’m doing something wrong and how I should handle it. Thanks
